STORM Team meeting - A member of the U. S. Marine Corp. came to pick up toys that were donated to "Toys for Tots." We discussed the Class Planner about "Taking Initiative." Basically, the message is don't waste time while you are at the Studio. [If you see something that needs to be done at the Studio, don't wait to be asked... take care of it! If the floor is dirty - vacuum; if the chairs are messed up - straighten them. Instead of staring at the episode of Tom & Jerry that you have already seen 332,456 times, review the Samurai curriculum.] Then we took the W.E.B.S. Personality Test to determine if we were Wolves, Eagles, Butterflies or Spiders. Last, we discussed games and ideas we had to keep the students involved in classes, and how to handle disruptive students. Next meeting will be January 16th at noon.
